Throttle body worth it?

I would say no..... keep your eyes out on ebay and you'll find a deal on a TB and a plenum. I picked up a C&L and a 75 mm TB for 85.00 shipped. I wouldn't spend the money on the one you found. Keep looking.

With both you'll gain about 2-3 rwhp. Without the plenum, nothing.

I'm not sure I'd trust a ported OEM throttle body. Depending on the process used, it may have compromised the structural integrity of the unit. The smaller amount of material also changes the heat transfer characteristics of the throttle body walls. If that ever cracks, you'd be in a bit of trouble. I would just buy an aftermarket unit.
