K Springs are.... well, springs. They lower your car and improve handling pretty much the way rest of them do.

Do you have anything specific in mind? They're all springs really.

How low do you plan on going?

Are you upgrading anything else in your suspension?

Just get camber bolts. Unless you plan on doing a lot of road racing. Even then, TONS of cars do road courses with camber bolts.

Forget the bolts and get the plates, the bolts are too easy to knock out of alignment if you hit most kinds of bumps or potholes, the plates will do much better and you'll need to replace the factory ones anyway since they're one time use.

how hard is it to put them plates on anyways i thought u could just take the bolts off the shock tower but american muscle says u have to take the springs and shocks off or loosen whichever

K Springs

I've got them on mine and am very happy. The panhard was not necessary, my wheels are still within the threshold of center. Likewise, my front end alignment is only a few hundredths off of Ford spec.
10,000 miles with no probs or tire issues.

it looks a little high in the back on one picture but some of the others it looks low

LOL. It's because I ****ed up when I got rear tires they are 285/35/18. Next I will be getting 305/45/18 Nitto 555r's and it should close the gap a lot. And the second picture down was when I first installed the springs they have settled since then and dropped another 1/2 inch.

I got a good deal on the tires that's why they are on it now.

I also have J&M camber plates and they work great. It was very easy to adjust them and to install them.

If you're doing like me and waiting til you get the springs, shocks/struts, and all the proper stuff to lower a car right, you can put the springs on the struts and then put the plates on top and then toss the setup piece on the car and not have to worry about spring compressors to reuse the old struts.
