i have a 99 svt cobra and a guy told me that the intake was off a 1998 so idk if i have a 98 cobra engine in this car or not are they any idea how to tell thnx

99 cobra tails have amber in the corners not solid red, interior same but cluster will be white faced gauges.

man the title says 8 cyliders and azure said its bringin up 6 cylinders i dont get that can someone else try to run the vin and see if they get the same junk??

i just double checked the vin u posted and it says the 3.8L just like stated. are you giving the vin off the title or car? double check to make sure you didnt mistype it.
decoding it against the system say's its a 3.8L v6
If it were a Cobra, it would read 1FAFP47XF188222

no mistype thats it man ...man idk this sucks but like i said everything like the calipers and stuff has cobra on it bags and all ill tell ya what i got in the car u guys lmk if its worth it .....i got $2500 in trade and when i get it done its in the shop fresh paint front to back ill have ...$4500 in it

if your title reads that vin number and says 8 cylinders on it something is really wrong. i dont know how to explain that

was it a dealer or private sell...either way i'd lawyer up. if this was me i would take the seller on a ride for selling something thats not what was listed...
