First off let me start by introducing myself. I'm new to the forums and currently working on my 2000 mustang gt project, now with that aside I am in need of some help :D I dropped my car off yesterday to have the tranny rebuilt to handle up to 800 ponies and Next I was looking into having some work done on the engine. I would eventually like to twin turbo it probably use a hellion twin turbo system and I wanted to know the best way of going about making 700RWHP I know its expensive and its probably going to take a little while but I need some help! I'd like to stick with my 2v if at all possible. I looked into the 5.1 stroker kit but I was also wondering if just an entire engine rebuild with forged internals and a new crank would be enough? Let me know what you think.

hellion system is expensive. i would go with a on3 forward facing single turbo setup with a single percision .68 ar wheel. keep the standard stroke/ bore with 18cc pistons, forged crank, tfs heads, and a eddie intake mani with a good return fuel system.

And I was planning on having the rest of it painted black to so it wont look entierly like a ricer haha

Might conside getting a reksid block do forged internals with ported heads cams and my on3 performance turbo kit and eventually upgrade turbo kit? Just suggestion im taking a different route completely and looking for different numbers

i like the wing...functional wings are actually nice to see on cars. It's all stang from what i can see...although the saleen scoops would look sick painted the color of the car

overall clean ride

Like I said I was planning on painting the entire car black, I was probably going to change the bullit wheels to some drag stars or weld draglite just havnt had a chance yet.

I was planning on getting the maximum motorsports grip box with everything for the suspension system. Aside from that I was thinking about using the MMR 2v 4.6 Shortblock as a starting point. Any ideas on one of those with forged internals would put me HP wise? I still want to twin turbo and get around 700RWHP when I finish with everything, probably sometime in the next six months or so.

obtain stock side scoops, matching ones.
remove the spoiler, and lower it

I think everyone is missing the point of this post. I wanted to know the best way to make 700RWHP Not how to improve the looks of my car :p Think we could get back on subject?

well my friend brody makes 702rwhp on pump gas with his twin charged '11 GT500...he uses a TT Hellion kit...his race gas tune is a whole different story lol

i already told you one way, the budget way is to get your heads ported, bronze guides, timeserts, and comp high load valve springs. then you need cams which are about 500-600 dollars. bottom end could be a budget build of a forged crank, H beam rods, 18cc forged pistons. clivite bearings all around, arp head/main bolts, and hell fire piston rings, stock head gaskets. on3 forward facing turbo kit with a upgrade turbonetics turbo or even better a persision turbo. return fuel system.
