OK I know the rpms on my window switch going to be a lil off but not damn near 2000 rpms how can i fix this,I HAVE IT SET @ 3300 on 6000 off but with the rpms so far off it shuts down too soon!

You're going to have to provide more information. How did you wire it? What brand is the window switch? Have you verified that it's set for 8 cylinders, not 6 or 4? What are you using for a tach signal?
Is the ignition input signal set to "00"? Does the rpm displayed on the window switch match the actual engine rpm, or is that where you're seeing it off by 2K?
Yes you did i misunderstood you tho... I thought you were talking about the numbers under the rpm reading!
