lol, what part of the bay you from? its the ford racing kit it was pretty easy to install

I live out in Sacramento now, and where did you purchase it from? I heard some kits don't fit well...

from american muscle well i had to weld it so it would be long enough witch its good since its real solid all i needed were to nuts for each side, cost me about 2 bucks

Get hood pins...

I was in a stang when the hood flew off. Luckily it didn't hot the car but with it latched down on the hinges your be looking at a shattered window, or a fd up window cowl (and we all know those are not cheap". Throw some black pins on there and they wont stick out too much.

I don t like them either it holds up fine. when going 100 on highway for several hours but sometimes it takes two or three times to close it right.
