Went out racing tonight, smoked a Cobalt SS before the cops showed up. I noticed 1 bad thing about the gears though, I never had wheel hop before and now I do. Its pretty bad too, I wasn't able to successfully pull 1 burnout. Oh well I guess that just gives me more reasons to buy some suspension parts. (like I really needed another reason to dump more money into my baby) Other than the wheel hop I love the gears, car feels like a beast now. The top end 80-120 feels like it really benefitted as well. :woot :woot

Stop The Hop!

Check these control arms from Steeda out. Look at the second item down, the billet rear trailing arms. There are a few things you can do to the rear suspension components to stop that, this part being the most common fix.

"These lightweight yet super strong arms reduce un-sprung weight and eliminate wheel hop. Steeda was first to market with these control arms and had them on the shelves even before the 2005+ Mustang was released thanks to our exclusive technology transfer program with Ford Motor Company."
