so my car is a stick shift and when accelerating and shifting until I hit like 3 to 4k rpm my car seems like its bogging down but once it hits those rpms it goes much quicker I have replaced fuel filter and pump and it seems to idle perfect but under acceleration acts like its backing down and I can't figure out why I have browsed many sites and forums and can't seem to find any issue like this
 
I don't know when the 5.0 went to using maf's to measure air flow but it could be a dirty maf. The car doesn't use the maf at full throttle so that could explain it.

Did you check your plugs?
