Broke another shift handle last night. Have a steel Pro 5.0 handle on order that has a lifetime guarantee. Let's see if this one lasts

Got an ABS delete manifold from a fellow MM member and got it installed today. It is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. I have seen pics of them before but there are even smaller than they look in the pics

Now I just have to bleed the brakes. Might as well flush the lines and add new fluid while I'm at it

Looks good!

If it were me, I would probably put that temp sensor closer to the outlet of the engine, as it would be a little more precise. It is amazing how much cooler the coolant can get when running through a few inches of coolant line away from the engine.

Ive already thought of that. I will be getting a new upper hose and running the line under the intake to hide it out of side to look cleaner

lmao doin' work.

Holy hell, what are you doing to them shifters? :lol I stomp on that clutch pedal and row through the gears quick enough to chirp 2nd, 3rd, 4th, but it doesn't take much actual force. I actually gave up the iron fist gear slamming. I've found it's quicker and smoother to pretty much just flick it back on the 1-2 and 3-4, and simply push it forward on the 2-3 and 4-5.

Always sort of flicked it back with just my fingers on the 3-4, but you can see I was readjusting my hand for the 2-3 just to make sure I got it. I've found 1st while aiming for 3rd a couple times doing that, glad I got rid of the habit. T56 with a Tri Ax, forged handle seems very sturdy.

You can't use that techniquewith a face plated Trans. You have to have fast, firm, aggressive shifts otherwise with will not engage the way its suppose to. The pistol grip has added leverage and that's why they keep breaking at the threads.

I've already broken a steeda forged handle also

Taking this pig out on friday the 13th. hoping that by the end of the night it will still be able to drive on to the trailer.

Ever thought of fabbing up your own shifter handle out of a breaker bar or something with some girth?

For the $20 I paid for the pro 5.0 with a lifetime guarantee, wasn't worth the time for me to do it
