I Need A Rim Job

I wana get a couple views of some rims with only the 5 spokes blacked out so I can ask some shops if it's gonna be possible to pull it off. Hoping to get them powdercoated...problem is they're chrome and I've been hearing it may not be possible :/ if not, I'll go with plastidip until I can find of a way to do them.

If in the bottom picture the sun is going to be a problem, I noticed the top picture can maybe be used if it's cut and pasted onto the bottom picture...that would be pretty sweet :D

Thanks! Reps given! Damn, you even got the reflection in black...that's awesome. Now that I've been switched to nightshift at the newspaper, I got time to learn Photoshop. Can't wait :D


I think I'm gonna like it. Can you use the first picture (of just the rim, itself) and black out the spokes like this^ in more of a matte black? Something not so transparent..

I was going for the spokes to be blacked out, but it's all good. No worries. I'm starting tomorrow and will post up some pictures.
