im gunna go rally because my sixer aint gunna stand up to any 8. so now what am i needing to do this Independent rear suspension will be my first mod most likely. i'll need to go to a junk yard and switch up my tranny to a manual. and im gunna stick about 17-9's on it. i know how to weld so i can make me a roll bar. and a CAI that should be here anyday now

your mustang sucks in rally
SVOs were designed for it, and if foxes weren't so structurally weak they'd be perfect with jus a few mods to the suspension
however, the 05+ are extremely stiff.. the GT500 is a joke, ill give ya that

and you said imprezas are lighter? they weigh ~3300 pounds. that's the same as you guys aint it?

you will need some break improvement too ... maybe some light engine work to get more power...
mos def look into a split port swap so you have way more room in your gear... and hopefully the rear end has a good ratio other then that your pretty good
