Looks wise yes. But that wide of a tire on that small of a wheel will corner like crap due to sidewall flex. I had 275s on my stock 17x8s and they looked great but cornered horribly.

Awesome good to know. Didn't realize I had a choice of tire width on stock rims o_O is there a size that would be a good happy medium? And would I have to keep the same sidewall height I have with my 205 wide tires? Which would be 60.

Well the way the profile works is its a percentage of the width. So say you have 205/60/15, the 205 is tread width in mm, the 60 means the profile is 60% the tire width and the 15 is your wheel diameter of course. So if you go with a wider tire you'll change profile if you want to keep the same total diameter. So say you wanna go with a 225 width but want to keep the total diameter the same (means your speedo will read correctly) then you need about 55 profile. So you'd want a 225/55/15 to get a wider tire without messing with the speedo reading. :D
