I ended up going with a set of factory Ford Racing GT500 18" wheels with some Nitto's 275/40/18. Now I just need to sell my stock 19" Premium wheels to pay for the new ones.

These are the GT500 Black Machined from AM.com.
18x9 on front(255/45/18) and 18x10 on back(275/40/18) with the tires being Nitto 555's.

Niche Nurburg, 20x9/10. 255/35/20 front, 315/35/20 rear Nitto NT05 rears
Front +30 Rear +40 offset. The rears do barely rub on full compression but going to slightly pull rear fenders so I can lower her and fix the 4x4 stance. Might switch to 275/35 fronts to make them less staggered
