I was just about to post about the same problem. Except mines a little different, when I'm flooring it and I reach 90-95 MPH the revs drop then go straight back up as if I let go of the pedal and smashed back down.
 
Yes. Don't really know what's wrong.

Also have you checked your accelerator pedal, maybe something is wrong with it, internally.
 
Have you tried resetting your Keep Alive Memory? I am currently having the same issue and figured it was a Bama tune. I called them and they asked me to reset my Keep Alive Memory (99% of the time this is the problem).

Basically, just unhook the ground battery cable (Black), flash the high-beams, and then wait for a few minutes. Then hook up the cable and start the car. The RPM's might go a little crazy at first, but what they're doing is finding where they are supposed to be.
 
I had this before and it was my throttle body gasket that was torn and allowed for the car to rev by itself and rpms to bounce whenever I in a complete stop
