i wanted to take a little time and thank this place as well as other sources for giving me the info on doing this swap .. I have never messed with a 5.0 before and i bought a 91 2.3 from my buddies mom that shes had for over 15 years! I decided to do a craigslist build and get everything off the site to do this swap .. It ended up working out where i found EVERYTHING for this car 
..I wanted to give back to the guys and gals that are doing this swap themselves. It is a time consuming swap and if you have little mechanical experience ..you can do it if you had some help .. if you have all the parts readily available it makes it much much easier . I would recommend a parts car because there is a ton of stuff you can use off it and you will get burned out going back and forth to the yard .. i found a ex drag car off craigs list that i got the struts fuel lines, brake lines, trans, rear end, alum drive shaft basically every thing but the engine .. he sold the engine, i took the rest of the car for around $400 trading him some engine stuff that i had laying around. The parts car went 11.60 with a vortech blower ford heads and cobra intake and some other goodies but she (the owner) crashed it into a pole and killed the 1/4 panel and passenger door ..
If anyone has a questtions about this feel free to ask .. this was a pretty fun and educating build to say the least ..
I swaped everything over brake lines , fuel lines , master , engine, trans,rear etc etc . I also took the interior out cleaned the carpet found a guy on craigslist parting out a blue coupe that i got alot of really nice stuff for this car $30 bucks for the seats and arm rest console was better then mine and he gave it all to me .. i will post more pictures and the steps i took on how it was done when i get a little more time ...
