What whats everyone's view on Paxton Superchargers? I always hear about Vortech and Procharger, but nothing about Paxton. Input needed... Anyone running one?

If you need a intercooler. I have one for cheap.
I have been running my Paxton2000 now for 6 years, I must of had a bad tune because I grenaded the stock motor, and had it replaced with a new shortblock that the 03 - 04 Cobras had. The Paxton2000 is huge, it can deliver up to 800 hp if the motor can handle it, and I get 12 bs of boost with the big 3.5 inch pulley it came with. Soon, I am going to go to a 2.87 inch pulley, that should put me the high 475-500 rwhp. right now I stand on 420rwhp, and a lot of torque, 451 lbs. As for any lag time, regardless of what you hear, 1st and 2nd come and go in around 4.3 seconds, with a good launch. I have an accelerometer I bought new for $1200. I hit the top of 2nd, redline with my 373's, in 4.3 seconds, 93 mph at redline in 3rd, in 8.8 seconds, 100 mph in 4th in 9.7 seconds. My best track time is 11.88.

What? You said you are buying a tuner kit. A V3 Si tuner kit is $2800. A V2 SQ is cheaper than that.

**** where? I have been looking and new V2SQ kit is about 3.8-4k shipping and all. The Paxton NOVI 2000 is 3.2k

You are looking at complete kits for that price. Type in V3 Si tuner in ebay. You can get it for $2800 shipped or contact KMS for a complete kit.

You do know that a tuner kit comes without injectors and fuel pump right? You'll also need to upgrade your maf.
