I just need to gather as much info as possible so im just using this thread instead of having to start a new thread several times a day....whats the diameters/boost numbers on the different sized pulleys for the sc?how far can I go? I can go on and on..i want to safely run 10% underdriven.. What headgaskets should I use? (ive heard of specific strongcopper ones I need)..i could go on and on..but for now..that is all..

Pretty sure you want to use these head gaskets.

Felpro MLS 9262PT and 9263PT (left and right)

and these head bolts that are for a v6 chevy:
ARP 233-4303 Head Studs for a 2.8 V6

Don't quote me but that is form the swap notes on V6power

I just mainly wana know what I need to do to this motor to pushit and whats pushing it unsafely...and I have most of what I need I believe besides pullies...i think im going to do the slip on type pullies but seen from 2.6-3+ in diameters and cant find a chart or anything

One thing to keep in mind for the arp head studs is that the bolt holes for the head bolts/studs were changed in I believe in 96, to where head studs for a supercoupe will not fit in a 96+ block due to the holes being deeper. You would have to get a custom set made from ARP, which would prob be around $250. If you are looking to run the stock boost, people have used quality head gaskets (Felpro or OEM I believe) and with the proper torque loading on regular head bolts. Turbo guys have done it as well.

As far as what boost for size pulley, this might help. Planet Soarer: Estimating Boost and Eaton Pulley Change I'm not sure if that is correct or not, but hey it at least gives you an idea.

DO NOT use the fail pro head gaskets.

Go to tousley Ford parts and get OEM head gaskets

Fel-Pro = no go on head gaskets.
OEM works the best.
