what is the general consensus of having a full "bolt-on" car?

I just want to see how far I am away from having all the bullshit wasted money items before i get to the real power :lol

ps. I am only buying bolt-ons until I graduate

yeah, I know. SC will be in a few years though. after I graduate. then comes the diet and FI

anything that can be bolted on to the engine without cracking it open, and that is not a power adder

My definition of a "bolt-on" is a modification that does not require a tune in order to operate the car safely.

this is my first post in like six months. I see things around here are more or less the same.

holy ****! You exist...

Bolt-on is usually considered to be anything that is a direct replacement that can be "bolted on" to the car within a relatively short time... most believe that if you have to get "into" the engine I.E. draining all fluids, taking apart the long block.

Dont forget about suspension parts can be a "bolt on" and will generally improve performance better than engine parts dollar for dollar
