It wont let me even make a new autoality account, it says i have to use my order code, then when i ask for my order code, it says i dont have any....WTF?

I am actually having that exact same issue. I have never ordered from Autoality before either. Hmm.

Ok so ive talked to Eric, im going to copy and paste in here exactly what he told me.
This guy is awesome Btw, amazing Customer service. Here's the email:
Thank you for your email and membership!
All Detailer's Club members receive a 10% discount at Autoality.com. Originally, you were supposed to receive a discount code with your membership confirmation email, however that feature did not work.
As a result, in talking with my developer, I have decided to create a Special Pricing Category for all members. This way when you log into your account, the 10% Member discount will be automatically displayed.
I have to manually add every member to this pricing category. It sounded great, however its not just a simple highlight and add to include a customer in the special pricing category. I have been going through and adding people one at a time to this category. In many cases I have had to create accounts and consolodate accounts for many people and this is slowing everything down. I've been doing this in the order that people have joined.
From the sounds, you did not have an account set up at Autoality.com prior to the Detailer's Club and that is why you are having problems. I will look into your account(s) today and get you set up for Autoality.com.
Based on the average time it is taking to get everybody added to the special pricing program, it may be another couple days until everyone is added.
I will send an email to you once I have your account assigned to the special pricing. Thank you!

Yeah I think I mentioned this earlier, but when I had a question about an order I had placed, Eric called me within 5 minutes on my cell phone to discuss my question with me. This was before DC was announced. Order was with autoality. Great service :yes

Im gonna email him in the morning and link him to this thread and let him know that he fixed my account, everything is working now.
He actually just got some AWESOME Microfiber packs in on the AA site, he has like 25pks and stuff for a pretty decent price check it out. No mothers wheel cleaner yet, but OTC bottles can hold you over on that lol, i need a gallon of that stuff.
His response time is pretty legit, he personally fixed my account.
Very great service. We have emailed back and forth about 5 times.

He hooked me up, after the first email it still didnt work, then he personally recreated an account under my email address at AA and personally emailed me my password to login the first time. So now when i log into Autoality with my Detailersclub email, It shows the AA price and just below that it shows a DetailersClub price which is 10% off.
This is really awesome for us DC members because now when we just need a couple things we can take advantage of the free shipping under 5lbs.
tonight im ordering Chemical guys XXX and something thats like 3 bucks to make it over 20 for the free shipping, perfect example of how the 10% at AA helps when you just need one or two things. The wax on DC is WAY cheap but ill come out on top at AA with 10% off and free shipping.

Isnt it awesome man, i ordered XXX last night, it was like 17.99 with the 10%, so i ordered a 2pk of BnS foam applicators to make it 21 bucks so i could get the free shipping lol.
I need to get some Dodo Juice. I think im just gonna pick up the 4 or 8 Pack because each sample has enough to do a car multiple times. The ones im interested in are Supernatural, Blue Velvet, Purple Haze and Orange crush.
Im gonna shoot him an Email right now and inquire about those, im sure he will try to get them since he carries waxes like Fuzion, Raceglaze and Swissvax
