I finally got my car back yesterday and that new clutch is going to take some serious getting used to. The clutch is so light now. I don't even really have to press hard to get it to engage. The issue is there is no real line to feather the clutch. That thing is either on or it's off. I stalled like 5 times on my way home. People behind me were like, "Wy does this guy have this nice Stang if he doesn't know how to drive it? Must not be his car." :lmao I started to get used to it a little by the end of the night. It has some chatter but Doug said that should disappear with a little break in time. I haven't really had a chance to get on it since I'm still breaking everything in but when I do shifting will not be an issue. With the MGW and this new clutch and the aluminum flywheel. The shifter is so light and easy to move. I can tell that the pullies feel like they woke it up a little more. :woot

Another quick question. My car doesn't seem to like third gear. Just third. No matter how slow I do it it makes a grinding type noise. I don't really have to put alot of strength to get it to go in, but it's definitely tougher than all the other gears. What could that be?

just got my 3.73s, spec stage 1 clutch and fidanza aluminum flywheel. AWESOME :rockon I am definitely gonna have to get used to it though.
I have the same problem going into 3rd from time to time. No matter how hard I press the pedal :wtf I hate it

yeah when i got my mcleod put in, there was chatter, and i stalled it quite a few times, everyone was like, dude, dont you know how to drive your car? lol
i just gotta get new front brakes and ill be set.

thats weird... my bullitt has no problems getting into any gear... even while powershifting but it has a king cobra, my mach seems to have a little trouble getting into 3rd but i think its cuz of the shifter... its hurst.

Yeah my chatter is just about gone. Thankfully it's at a point where I know longer stall from a dead stop. That sucked. LOLenergiesource said:

I know Matt on here has one and he aid he'd rather have a Stage 2 Spec Clutch. I've never driven with the king cobra clutch so I have no idea.af00stang said:
