They tighten the ride up nicely...Nothing major...You might see a half inch body raise in the rear...
 
Before I got mine in my 60' times were averaging about 1.9's and after I haven't been slower than a 1.85, average is around 1.7x's. Mine are from Steeda, but I am sure they all do the same thing.

Like someone already said, they don't flex like the stockers do and that helps eliminate wheel hop. I used to get it really bad during burnouts and on the 1-2 shift. Now I haven't had any since. I'm happy with that investment!
