S197 mid mounting mufflers

Im just curious on the topic but is there room to mount 2 chamber mufflers under the floorpan instead of after the axel? Ive seen people do it but im curious how

Chambered muffler would be a tight fit if you could even do it. Straight throughs will fit.

Im not a big fan of straight throughs. Im sure ill get **** for saying this but i like flowmasters. Maybe the super 10s would fit?

One one problem would be not be if it fits but if your gonna scrape your exhaust everytime you go over a speed bump, thats sure as hell my probelm even with pype straight throughs, I actually have a crack in one of mine that Im gonna have to weld up from hitting the ground, but from looking at the picture I could see a 10 fitting under there, but again I would we worried about scraping it if your lowered, ive scraped mine while not being lowered.

Im stock height with 18s. You could just weld them in somewhere? It wont be too heavy? Im probably not going to go through with it cuz id have to get the 10s, cut a piece of pipe and get another piece to fill in from my stock muffler. I really like this exhaust

Even if you weld them you still will have problems with hitting

Which of the vids i posted sound better? Im leaning towards the second video. Also it sounds more like 40s instead of the mufflers in the american muscle a/b which are 60s
