I currently have baseline u/l control arms and I've now moved somewhere were the roads are even worse(thank you Michigan weather) my suspension creeks and I dont have the right lower CA's, the ones I have came with pre 99 size front bolt holes, so the bolts are too small for the torque box(I emailed baseline about this, they stated it'd cause no issues which I don't think is right). So anyways I want a lower control arm with a bushing on at least one end. What's everyone running, and when looking around there's a few that have bushings on the axle side and spherical on the torque box side, will this give me a little better ride but still be safe for my torque boxes?

If you want to save some money, the J&M are basically the same design as the MM ones.
I'm interested to see how Team Z street LCAs perform. Considering their reputation I can only imagine they are good.

MM HD lowers. Been daily driving mine in Chicago on shitty streets for 5 years. No complaints. Ride is like stock.

J&m are good on the road but don't plan on hitting the track with them a lot

I live in michigan also and had no problems with them
What type of track are you referring to? I don't plan on turning as I have no sway bars, but I plan on hitting the drag strip. I know people don't like poly bushing cars but 2v2fear ran the cheap upr u/l's for 2 years and his torque boxes still looked good when putting his teamz's in. He also cut a high 1.5x 60' with 420whp with them.

Drag strip is what I was meaning. If I was you I would just go with the team z then. I wish I would have done that the first time instead of the third. Yeah the nvh is worse but you'll never have to replace them again with team z.

The whole point of switching is to get rid of the solid/spherical set up. Teamz's are the same as I have so that'd be a waste of money.

Anyone have bmr? That's the main mustang suspension brand we carry at work so I'd be able to get some of them at cost.

So do you have rod ends in the front? If so you should have spacers right? Drill out the spacers to the correct diameter. Had the same possible with my team z. Team z sells the larger bushings too for 40 if you just wanted to go that route

Yeah I could do that, but I got ahold of the guy that bought my gt and I'm just gonna buy my old che lowers back.

Ok. Your CHE bushings wont last to long in the cobra tho. Mine were only on for a year and barely driven and they bushings were already wore out

What's the difference between an sra cobra and my old gt? My cars not a big track car, will see the strip prolly 3-4 times a year. If it was more of a track car I'd deff just drill out the spacers like you said.
