Avoid vkaer.com at all costs. I ordered a couple tablets from them and one arrived Dead on Arrival. They made me wait a month before sending me "software that will probably fix it" that I knew wouldn't do anything. Tried the software, then told them it didn't work. They wanted me to then pay for the shipping to ship it back to them (China) even though the item was DOA. I told them that I didn't think that was right since they shipped me an item that never worked at all. Once they got that response from me, they basically started ignoring any more contact I made with them. So I have no way of getting the money back.

Just figured I would let people know before ordering anything from them.

Thanks for the advice, but can I offer some as well?
Have you ever been to Shenzhen China? Well, I have and it's a pretty crazy place for electronics. NOTHING they have is real it's all cloned by some other small company (not sony or apple, etc.) I would stay clear of anything on that site. You should have probably done some research before buying from them and then stuck with a US company.

Sorry you were taken but honestly there's probably not a lot you can do about it.

I will never buy anything from China. I ordered a Circa Survive shirt off ebay from a vendor in China. When it arrived a month after it shipped, it wasn't even t-shirt shapped. The body of the shirt was a perfect square with 2 sleeves stitched on the side.

Trust me I just didn't jump on there to buy a tablet. I needed something fairly cheap for a project I'm working on in my house. I wasn't about to buy a $200+ tablet for this simple project. So these tablets were about $70. I got two. The first one works fine with a little tweaking to android (which I expected). The other one doesn't work. All I asked was for them to send me a working tablet, I didn't care about any buggy software.
