When the week gets a little closer we will figure out exactly what time we are leaving and what time we will be south and around your area. At that point we can come up with a time to meet up. Looking like I may have a supercharger by then but we will see lol.

:potstir Nice man! what are you looking at ? and where you wanting to be number wise? I was toying with the boost idea but I am just too afraid of it without a forged bottom end. So, I'm pretending like I don't have a slow mustang lol

You can put down some good power on stock setup, just be smart and get a really safe tune.

Mach 1s generally around 450-480 rwhp safely, some people run more but its asking for trouble.

I dont know much about 3vs lol, id imagine you could do a little boost and be ok.

You can go about up to 500 if you have conservative ignition timing. 450-475 is about the limit with an email tune

Its not something i would push to the limit lol. If i boosted my mach, 450-460rwhp would be my goal, 10 or 20 more hp at that point isnt what wins a race, its traction and driving lol.

My HP goal is around 600+, which is another reason i want an 03/04 cobra lol.

You dont have to own a car to know something about it lol.

Koenigsegg Agera R- The company applies almost 4x the amount of paint as most manufacturer's to allow the paint to be sanded/polished to perfection. Ill never own that freakin thing haha.

Very cool fact tho, i should move to sweden and be their detailer...lol

There was so little paint on the ferrari f40 to save weight, that you could see the carbon fiber through the paint.

Thats pretty crazy. Love F40s, im kinda into oldskool exotics.

I went to a car show once, we saw this "F40" i was skeptical at first because NUMBER 1 its an F40 which is a zillion dollars, lol, number 2 the kind of car show we were at wasnt the kind you roll up to in a very rare exotic car....

Then i heard it crank up, Obviously a SB chevy motor, i was like KIT CAR! lol Then i got up close and it was obvious that it as a kit car, it wasnt put together very well lol.

Looks like it's happening.

Getting an intercooled Kenne Bell 1.7 setup tomorrow. :3gears

Looking to sit around 475 rwhp after a dyno tune. Kits coming with fuel/intercooler/entire unit setup (hosing and everything), fuel pressure and boost gauge, entire kb cold air setup. All I'll need is a wideband and a tune. Cannot wait.

I really don't feel like dealing with a turbo setup. I loved the turbo setup in my Jetta and actually am impressed with how the turbo in the Evo and even STI feels BUT 100% prefer the feeling of my dad's roush blower in his 2005 gt. Also I can't get enough of that whine.

Hell yea dude, that will be an efficient setup.

If i were you i would for sure get it dyno tuned eventually. Every engine is different and ive heard that higher HP 4v reliability has alot to do with the tune.

Plus you can really optimize air/fuel and all that for YOUR car, which means more and safer power across the board. hell you are spending the money on the KB, you might as well go the extra step lol.

That's the only way to go IMO. Dyno tune will be the first thing done when it's all setup. Dyno tune is the only way to know you are safe when you are on a F/I setup. I may be taking a road trip out to NJ this weekend to pick it up from him with my dad. Gonna blow my dad's roush blower away ;)
