Here lately, my car has been running bad at idle, sounds like a little backfire. It runs good when driving and haven't noticed a loss of power or anything. I had a friend listen to it and he said it could possibly have detonated a piston. Not sure if i agree. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx in advance

my thoughts too.. Any idea on why my car is idling like crap but still running good

yeah there is a custom tune on it. that makes a lot of sense. Didnt start until after i put the tune on it. Thanks

It runs good but you think it detonated a piston? Really. If you had done something like that it wouldn't run good.

I never said I thought it detonated. If you read my post it says my buddy said it could have detonated and that im not sure if i agree.
