Where do you guys suggest getting a cheap OR X at? AM? I'm cheating out because one, I know it's gonna scrape and two not sure if I'm gonna like it.

Scale to 1-10 how loud? Is it stupid loud or loud when you want it to be (get on it).

Anyway, I'm a little worried about my flows with an x. Not because of the noise, but the rasp. My ideal setup would be an x with stingers, lm2's, or maybe m80s. From the video the x and m80's didn't sound too loud. My buddy had a bbk x and lm1's and it was ear piercing about 2000 rpm, even when he wasn't deep in the throttle. Sounded horrible, but I've also heard that the bbk x sounds shitty.
Note I don't have much experience with this stuff so some more opinions would be great. But I liked the x pipe/m80 combo from the video! Sounded pretty sexyyy

Goddammit I thought UPR had free shipping. I was really counting on a $160 x pipe. Looks like I'm back to the summit pipe... Any thoughts on that?

That's one hell of a coupon. I put it in my cart and it came to $206! What was your original shipping cost? I'm guessing it was less because you're on the east coast.

I ordered my UPR o/r x off of their ebay store about a month and a half ago . Was the the same $159 but free shipping
. Might want to check that out.To OP, I have UPR o/r x and M80s and recommend it! On a scale from 1-10 on loud ness, I'd say probably like a 8. It just depends what rpm your at. After about 2.3k rpms, it gets pretty dang loud! But If you want it to be not so loud, just keep it under 2k lol But its still pretty loud but not obnoxious.
For being how loud it is, it has a really good tone. All the compliments I get, people tell me how clean it sounds.

Its like a 7 or 8 on average. It starts to scream right at about 3500 rpm. If you play music it will mute it out pretty well, its until i roll down my windows and turn the music off that i cant hear.

i have a home made off road x took a h chopped cats off and replaced h with x... bought it off a guy for 50$ couldnt pas it up but i have it paired with just the regular magnaflow mufflers and to me it sounds about perfect its loud enought when i want it to be but i dont have to yell over it while driving down the highway. being i have 4:10's im at about 2500 rpms at 75 so anything louder i think would anoy me i have a sound clip its louder in person

Steer away from a Pypes x-pipe. Poor fitment.

I never thought picking an exhaust would be so hard though. What did me in was at car shows last summer I'd pull in and have the quietest car. Mine has some un known chamber style mufflers welded into the stock H. It doesn't sound bad but it sounds weak compared to others.
