my tensioner is good. wonder what size belt they recommend for a 3.70" pulley? my belt is still in really good shape.

I will second what Blown said. The rep said something along the same lines, and said even the belt procharger sends with the kit would have worked on my application.
You will know if you have problems, so I guess you might as well try since your belt is new.

they recommend the same belt but mine stretched and caused belt slip I went to 107.5 with my 3.4 after a couple months and dealing with that. No problems since!

how much boost did you see with the 3.4" mustang girl?

9.2lbs but with the 108" belt it didn't see full boost and was lagy

only 9 lbs? at what rpm? hmmm, i was hoping for more along the lines of 11-12 lbs.

ok, i've got blower cams, won't lower boost but it will keep boost up. i made 412 rwhp and 450 rwtq on 8 lbs. hoping for at least 475 rwhp but that's boost dependant.

All cars are different upon how much boost they get. I was safe tuned there and made 353/347.

huh? with a given pulley you will obtain given boost. unless you just don't hit a certain rpm.

If I remember correctly Mustang Girl has a 2-core intercooler. I'm running a 3.7" pulley and get 9 psi @ 6000 rpm through a 3-core intercooler. There is approximately 2 lbs of additional boost drop across the 2-core. ProCharger told me that you will get approximately 1 additional psi for every 1/10" smaller pulley. If you have a 3-core intercooler then you should get 11 psi with a 3.4" pulley.

i also have the 2 core intercooler, or at least i believe i do. it is the rounded edge one that's non-polished if that is a way to differentiate.

Does it look like its this size. I have the 3 core. The 2 is a lot smaller.
