So while doing a tune up on the car, cleaning the filter and making sure everything is tight and snug I noticed oil build up around my oil filler neck. so I put my hand on it and its as loose as a 2 cent skank. it got loose from my intake tube rubbing against it. Two questions now
1. How do I fix the filler neck. I don't want to break it off, I have never messed with one before.
2. How can I adjust my intake tube so its not rubbing anymore. Its a jlt intake tube also.

I have had them come off a lot of times.It should tighten right up.
