I meant port work. I was falling asleep while typing :)
Haha oooooo. No I had thought about it but it seems so hit or miss. Some people get great results from it some dont I don't understand it. So I figured I would have the heads refreshed and that's it. Decided to spend the money on bumping the compression and loosing weight. They are proven performance increases.

Possibly, I just heard about woodbine a few months ago, I never knew they existed prior to that.
My godfather had his roush tuned there thats how i found out about them. it works out nice to cause its only 15 min from my parents house which is where i keep my car most of the time.

Are you still going to use your RB cams for this? You went to all the trouble with the teksid block lol may as well just go all out..

Well currently i have everything for sale haha for what everything was costing me to what i was going to get out of it wasnt adding up. So right now i have been looking at going 4v unless someone offers a hell of a deal on a trade for something else.

Just boost the hell out of the Npi turd!

LOL i have thought about it. I just have always loved all motor set ups. Specially in these cars because it is so rare. You dont see big HP 4.6 motors that are N/A.
I always loved those guys with the super nuts revving 4v engines, so bloody expensive though.

The poor 2v gets so much hate lol, i was trolling an LS1 forum. Its commonly reffered to as the "boat anchor".

I'm not hating on 2vs it's just the amount I was about to dump into it was pretty high and I was only expecting to be around 320 hp. So I figured I would just start with a better base. 2vs can def be made to run na it just takes money. Plus a small cam in a 4v is the ultimate sleeper, you don't really hear them but damn if they don't run.

doesnt trying to figure out what you wanna do suck haha. im right there with ya man. not sure what i wanna do now. but you are right. 4v's can be had for pretty cheap now a days and deff make power a lot more easier than our old 2v's.
to true, so you should buy my cams and wake your car up a lil more.

I think one of the reasons it so rare to see a high horsepower naturally aspirated 2v's is you need to Rev the balls out of them. That usually means poor streetability which is OK in a race car but not for most mustang owners.

I'm with you though, I love taking the N/A route.
Yea man its definitely something to say when you make big numbers NA with these cars. Good bragging rights.

Hitting the dyno tomorrow for a base run, who has guesses? Il try and take some videos of her while she is up. I'm guessing 260/285.

I think your right, I wouldn't be surprised if you put down a little more with your LT's. I would think your TQ numbers are going to be higher.
I did 271/292 with a cam swap on a stock Bullitt engine including exhaust manifolds.
that intake of yours yields about a 10hp/tq increase over the rest of us. But for what it is she does run pretty good
