yeah that could also be the problem. butt that one i was talking about, all it need was literally the gasket. it was leaking exhaust and they hated it after awhile so i took and saw it imidiatley. really it only cost 20 bucks. i felt kinda bad because i almost wanted to sell it back to them

so if its a hole in the cylinder wall id be super screwed huh haha

if you have a hole in your cyl wall which I highly doubt you do it will take a good amount of money to get fixed better off to buy a new car then.

i talked to my dad and he asking me if a trade in would be worth it on my car and i told him a def no haha....he also asked how much it would be to rebuild the engine...if we rebuilt it with a stroker kit and power pack would cost way more than having it rebuilt to stock performance? or would it be cheaper just to do a 5.0 swap? thanks for all your help!

buy a rebuilt 5.0 and drop it in would be the cheapest and most efficient thing, you would need to get an 8.8 rear though. Or at least t-lok

see thats what i told him..i figured a 5.0 would be a better more inexspensive route....easier to do than a 4.6 too right?

for your car a 5.0 would be an easy drop and you can find built 5.0s cheap, hell go to autozone and get one for your year 5.0 with a 3 year warranty for like 2500 bucks
