Photos look great! Those cars are super clean.

Are you going to work up to action shots? i.e. hanging out the window of a speeding car while snapping shots of a sweet Mustang Flying around a track?

Wish I was closer, Maybe you could make my heap look good in pictures

Thanks @Edgethis for the kind words. It's greatly appreciated and helps keep me wanting to take more shots!

I don't plan on doing any shots like you described or not anytime soon at least. I mainly just shoot for myself, family, and friends. Or if I'm out an event. I still need some more equipment though.

Free advice - the crops are super tight, loosen those up a little. I think you will like the results more.

I've heard mixed responses to that. Some say crop close and others say don't. I think mines a mixture depending on the background situation.

I will try to keep that in mind in the future though, thanks.

Messing around with Lightroom again this morning. It's awesome how much you can completely change a photo.

what camera and lens are you using?
if you are using a DSLR id recommend backing up from the car and zooming in, while shooting with the maximum aperture your lens will allow. this will compress the background and make the car "pop" a little more, setting it apart from the background.

I picked the car up from PapaSmurf yesterday and we headed out to do a quick photoshoot. I still have a ton of editing to do but I just wanted to show off a little of what I'm working on right now.

Thank you! My camera is an entry level DSLR but can take some awesome shots once I figured out how to use it and I'm still making mistakes. The more you practice the better you get. It helps having a clean car to shoot too

How is it that they are nice for using you for your work? Should be earning royalties against it.. I really hope they are giving something as I hate to see photog work go unpaid, dilutes the waters. If they use it, charge - even if it's peanuts.
