Hello there MM,

I finally pulled the triger on a mustang 2011 gt m6 premium coupe. I must say I missed the power of a muscle car! it has been too long. Since I sold my fobra I have been driving around in a mercedes c-class. It was a nice comfortable ride, but boring I do not miss it at all.

The car came with some extras done to it already:

Acutally 2010 shelby wheels
shelby style foglights
Borla Atak mufflers
Shelby spoiler
no sound tube, 5.0 floor mats and roush shiftnob

I also bought a set of eibach prokit springs of my buddy for a steal, just in need of a panbard bar, any recommendations would be awesome.

thanks for looking!

Nice pick up! But my best recommendation is to not install the Eibachs. Horrible ride quality. If you do want to install them, replace the dampers and PHB at a minimum.

almost all phb are the same.. i mean they all work the same lol. i just bought the 100 dollar j&M PHB and it works fine. don't use eibach dampers, I'm running them now, I've had them on for about 6,000 miles and they all squeak and ride rough. hate em and I'm about to change them

Thanks for the recommendation! I'm pretty sure I will be installing these since I got a killer price. I use to have my fobra on sportlines before switching to maximum motorsport so I'm prepared.

I here bmr adjustable phb is great.....spring wise im going wit bmr......btw nice ride love those wheels and spoiler
Thank you, the spoiler would have been the first done to the car, happy it was installed. BMR seems to be a popular choice for the 2011+ mustangs.

I actually thought the same thing with phb bars! I saw MM had one, but it was more expensive. Would using the stock shocks be a dumb idea? I only plan to run these springs one year max until I can afford some adjustable coil-overs.

Great looking ride!
thank you sir!

congrats on the purchase!

if you can deal with the terrible ride and handling characteristics from using the stock dampers until you can get the coil overs you want, then use them. If you want your car to be a lot more comfortable and handle a ton better, get some dampers. koni orange shocks and struts would be a very good/ affordable option.

Thanks, I am very happy with the car.

After paying a visit to American Muscle I actually wouldn't mind purchasing some affordable shocks & struts to hold me off in the mean time. If it makes that huge difference in comfort then I deffinitly wouldn't mind.

sounds like a great plan! and jayman33 (the guy who responded in the post right before this) will hook you up with the best price and service!

I'd definitely recommend the Koni STRT struts and shocks for the 11+ or 05-09 if you want to run the upgraded GT500 strut mounts. We've sold hundreds upon hundreds of these.
Do you happen to be a vendor? What kind of price can you give me on koni shocks & struts?

+1 on what Jason said.
He got me the hookup on some coilovers and PHB, like Marc said as well,
Not only the best price, but the best service too.
