Okay, lets do a quick run down of whats happening here, cause this thread is really all over the place.
1. Are you having a "no crank" problem or "no start" problem? They are differant.
You kept saying you have to start it on the starter solenoid relay. That leads me to believe that its a "no crank" problem.
2. Everyone keeps talking about the TFI module (grey thing located on the dist with the wires plugged into it).
If you TFI was bad you should still be able to "crank the engine over" but still not start the engine.

If no crank is the problem, then check fuses and fusable links that start at the solenoid relay where you been jumping it to crank over. Other possiblility is that the solenoid relay itself is bad.

If no start, then like you been doing, check for spark and fuel. Make sure your getting voltage to the coil (red wire hot and green wire negative). Also check fuses here. Also check ground strap from block to firewall, and make sure the injector harness is also grounded.
Thats all I got for ya right now.

Question: Would the ign control module go out off and on til it finally dies out??
My 87 GT dies off and on and wont start back up unless you let it sit for a bit...Took to a mechanic and he said thats the problem, just need to know b4 I waste the $$$...Also bought a code reader and tryed the test and no codes come up....HELP???

That sounds more like a fuel pump to me. Usually when the ignition module goes out, thats all. It goes out and its dead.
