... you guys never spray paint?? over spray is the little fine dusty **** that is the colour of what ever paint you have that didn't hit the wall... or what ever you were painting...

what our friend might be talkin about is the wax that he used was in a spray form... which exsist and is very easy to use with great results... and the "over spray " might have gotten every where

but i agree this thread is point less

Turtle wax ice. Stuff is amazing and fixes fading in your plastic trim and grills too.

That will not take off over-spray though...

Clay Bar your whole car and that should do it...
 
With clearcoat you need a re-paint IMHO...

You should be able to get a bottle of "fix-it" paint at wal-mart or prolly through a ford dealership...
 
ya the car definetly needs a new paintjob and i dont like **** done halfassed so it would be a good paintjob. not maaco or some ****. but frankly im not gonna have the car but another month or two. so dont wanna waste the whole months pay on a paintjob

no no no no i work at a body shop and i park really far away from the shop so i dont get overspray on my car and yesterday i just decided to wash wax and detail my car so i did it all and aparently i didnt get alkl the overspray off my car cuz it still feels like my paiunt is made of samdpaper and now i got to put in an insuranjce claim

ya i had the same problem when i bought my 69...it had a crap load of sap on it...i live in a part of florida with a mess load of pine trees....but anyway i got some stuff at wal mart and its called bug and tar remover or something like that...but it worked really good for me but i did have to scrub a little before it came off

That would prolly be orange peel...Wet sand the car with a extremely fine sandpaper and dawn soapy wamr water...The wax the car after you are done...
