Got to take a flight again with a buddy of mine. 2 hrs of airtime today. Flew over my parents house, buzzed a lake at about 75 ft, buzzed some cows in a pasture. Had a blast.
Got back and pulled up to a C-46 (The Tinker Belle) that the same friend volunteers to keep flying and snapped a couple quick pics.
My car is filthy. Don't mind that it's non-reflective right now.

I expected deeper. I like it with that little bit of quietness. Reduces drone right at the dead perfect speeds too! Nope, still factory OTA pipes. I would pull the trigger on a pair of them if I could get access to a lift.

Will be ordering BMR lower control arms tomorrow with their new Elastomer bushings. Excited to see how the car's behavior will change. Im also very eager to get the UCA with the same bushing type- wonder how long that will be... hmm.
Also went to caffeine and octane today (cold as ****). Saw a few nice mustangs, some GT500s. My favorite was a Performance White 2013 Boss 302, Centri Setup, lowered on Black F14s with GT500 style quad exhaust with valence- all the right parts in 1 place lol.
Also saw a black brembo GT lowered on just brembo wheels....looked totally clean, i gotta get some low man

It was pretty small, maybe 40 cars in all. There were only 3 late model mustangs, so I got beat by a stock 2010 grabber blue gt500 and a mostly stock 2005 saleen. Mine was the only Daily driver.

Rear tires are getting low... Called ford saying I need some new ones cause I have the tire warranty and was told I can get some new ones no problem. The service guy was skeptic on that. He goes checks it out then calls me back. Saying hey man your warranty is only for road hazards. So I ask him. So if I just happen to pick up 2 nails this week in the rear tires... A good awkward silence after that then I hear him laugh and say I don't want to know about that man. I say. Okay will I just got 2 nails in my rear tires. He responds so next Tuesday bring it in and I'll get some new tires on there for ya. :lol new rear tires for free
Also got some LCAs and adjustable phb coming from Kelly at bmr with there new super pro bushings. I'll try those bushings out then get the rest of the bmr goodies and get this damn thing on the coilovers that are collecting dust!
And still need to get that bumper painted and get that on.

you have to pay so much for the tires still we went through a full set of tire on are f350 only had 13,000 miles and we had to pay for less the half even with the for warrantyRear tires are getting low... I installed a set of GT500 over axle pipes. Scored them for free. They were identical to my stock ones, but without resonators. I still have stock headers and cats though.

That's why I ALWAYS buy the road hazard certificates from Discount Tire when I get tires. Especially if I buy something expensive like Michelins.Rear tires are getting low... I dunno if you caught it by my tires are fine. Just down to 3/32 of tread left. So I "picked up" some nails.

In other news, I sent all the info Beefcake needed for my tune. Should have it loaded by the weekend, but with the weather forecast, it may be Sunday before my first datalog with it.
