Do some research dude, plenty of excellent tuners out there. I personally recommend AED. I've had great luck with his tunes, and he's answered my questions. But again, just do some research see who you like.

Boy I'd say that the most loaded question this year.

Tune- I'm running a Lund tune and love it. I have a manual, but the results are very similar. Mike Roush has done excellent things with the autos, as has AED. Steer clear of Bama at all costs.

Intake- stay stock. No performance gains from any CAI out there, so why spend the money.

Exhaust- purely subjective. My Magnaflows with resonator deletes give me an eargasm every time I drive it.

I say AED. A lot of local guys running his tunes and like them.

I'm running an AED tune and have been nothing but impressed. Datalogs look great. Car runs hard as hell. Idles beautifully. Smooth as silk in first gear and from taking off. No bucking whatsoever. MPG went up. I'm back to getting 28-29 on the highway and sitting at 23.5 in mixed driving. I'm in a manual car though.

I would recommend mike roush. but getting in contact with him is impossible

Reality is that Lund has access to things the others simply do not have. Especially important when it is an automatic.
Just out of curiosity, what are these things?

I would recommend mike roush. but getting in contact with him is impossible
I have also heard some really great things about his tunes when it comes to the autos.

Tunes are available from many sources, via your mail box.
All canned tunes have limitations, and by design, have to.
The best tune is a custom tune done @ a shop..

I looking to maximize a tune, intake and exhaust 2014 mustang gt 5.0 with automatic transmission.

(not talking dyno tune).
Hey Back-Welcome to Modded! There's a slew of options out there and being in my position I'm obviously pretty biased! I've had the pleasure of running Bama's tunes on my Mustangs for well over the past 3 1/2 years and they've always brought a smile to my face be it ripping around town or hitting the back roads (the sticks where I'm from) Granted my 2V and 3V are absolutely nowhere near the Coyote I always like to think that I have a chance lining up next to one :facepalm: I've not only run their on my cars but my family members and close friends.

Their team is made up of a bunch of mad scientists that know how to make power! Their customer support is 2nd to none and they just as AmericanMuscle will bend over backwards to ensure that you're happy with your setup. One of the greatest aspects in my opinion aside from their support would be that they truly want you to have as much fun as they do behind the wheel of your Mustang-They not only tune for their customers but themselves daily as well on the weekends on either Ryan's Cobra, or Lou's Precision 6266 TT Coyote.

They'll work with you to create something entirely unique to you as well as your driving style-With the 6R80 there's even that much more room to tailor the tunes to you as they're able to alter shift points and positioning. If there's ever anything that's not to your liking either they're happy to datalog with you as well! I hope this helps and if you're to have any questions don't hesitate to let me know or shoot me a PM!

Alex

Lund Tune here, and my trans shifts great! Skip Bama, I drove around on a Bama 93 oct tune for 1 week then said screw this and switch to Lund I would never go back.

There's no need to have a custom tune done at a shop. Just data logging is all that's needed and is a CUSTOM TUNE.
