hey johnnyz, what kind of twin turbo was on that black mustang you posted pictures of and where can i get that setup? thanks

Twin turbo makes 50-100hp more on the same 3 valve, but the Novi has proven itself that it rules as the centrifugal blower of choice. However, the automatic trans equipped cars should have neither, as the trans still has a limit of durability that will require you to keep turbo boost to 6psi or less, or a Novi 1200 non-intercooled system to limit power level.

Gents I'm installing a Saleen S/C at the beginning of December, or at least that is what I planed until I heard about the twinturbo GT. Is there a place where I can find out more information about the pro's and cons of both systems, or if you have any imput. I'm looking for reliability and ofcourse horsepower, with the cost difference not bothering me too much.

i havent really done my research yet, so im not really sure on prices.. as you have probably read in this topic, twin turbo will usually make the most horsepower. the main reason i would consider a twin turbo over a supercharger is the fact that turbo runs completely on exhaust which means virtually zero engine wear. as a supercharger on the other hand is belt driven so there would be a bit more engine wear.

It's not the belt that wears the engine,it's the cylinder pressure....both systems will decrease longivity of a stock motor.
