If you get the front rotors from a 84-86 svo mustang there only about $45 each.

The lincoln rotors are about 60-75 each cuz they have the ABS ring. So its pointless to pay more money for an ABS ring which you can use any ways.

The prices i listed above are from local parts stores... like pep boys, auto zone and oriellys

I cant say for sure every year lincoln has an ABS ring, but i know the 1990 year does.

If I just use the front rotors from the svo, will they just fit right onto my 87-93 v8 spindles? and will the center caps fit on the front wheels over that dust cap?

 

they will fit the spindle but the center cap will not fit.

 

Could I maybe modify the center caps, or the dust cap to make it fit, or is that way out of the question?

 

They may fit with out the dust cap on. Tyler had the same problem, he said that he machined down the rotor where the dust cap mounts ( a lot) but still when he mounted the dust cap, they woulnt fit. I forget what he did. Im guessing he left the dust caps off
