I'm throwing $700 on tires tomorrow. Idk what to get. I have 18x10 in the rear. I'm going to push some power in a month or two, what tires work for you. I need them to last atleast 10k or one year. I have been looking at the M/T, Hoosiers R6, BFG T/A drag radial, or (leaning on this one) nitto Invo.

What works for you guys? Any recommendations? Plus, this car will be DD. I currently have falkin azenies RT615, suck. Bad.

i have 305/35/18's nitto DR's on my car but wont be getting them again. Will prolly go with the MT streets 315/3x/18 ( i think is what it is). No complaints on the nittos other than there is no point to have them. They spin like hell on or off the track hot or cold. I really like the et streets though and will prolly put them on my 18" saleens next go round. I have et drags on my pro stars and they are VERY badass! lol.

I have used the Nitto DR's and have the BFG DR's on my car now.

The Nittos DR 305R18 hooked good both on the street and at the track. I cut a 1.66 60' on them.

The BFG's 295R18 sucked ass at the track best 60' 2.20 however they hook hella good on the street once warmed up.

I have never ran the M/T or the Hoosiers.

I heard the same about the BGFs...heard they sucks compared the the R's. My next tires will prob be the 305/35/18 R's!

I figured I would be fine with an auto too....well a little better off than a manual. I know ET streets kick ass but no 10k miles on them with track time or really dd on them

Well I am getting another pair of nittos next week and the pair I have now have a little over 15k on them and they are about done. That's with me doing at least 75 pass on them. Now I have couple buddies that run mt drs on there vettes which have over 600rwhp and they step up to the mts cuz the nittos would only hold for the first couple of months but they said that the mt hooks hard. One cuts 1.3 on the converter and the other cuts 1.4 with a stick and those tires last them one year.

Today I talked to my buddy who works at discount tire and while I was there a supercharged c6 was there. Putting over 600 to the wheels. He got the nitto invo. David said that if I wanted a bad ass tires and good life it's the invo. Hell if it's good for a supercharged c6, I think it will hold up fine. They ordered the tire for me and keep an eye out shortly for a review of those tires. Thanks guys. Also this is the last line of defense. If these tires don't work well, then MT it is. I guess I can't have best of both worlds. I guess You HAVE to pay to play...

The nitto is a good tire it's just my buddy's C5 Z06 put's down 590rwhp and 670rwtq and the other is tt C6 that can put out a ton but a supercharger doesn't leave out of the hole as nitrous or a tt on a converter that's why they went to the mt.
