im just starting a 302 swap into my 2000.... um, i advise you not to ask this question on any site, all ppl do is say it cant be done... they will just tell you to buy a gt or get a new car... from what IVE read, it can be done... just giving you a heads up.

 

theres a point where it wont be cost effective. but to put in a 302 is kinda dumb imho. if you gonna build a stroker esp windsor based, i would do it. you can keep these cars streetable with the 4.6 and still make good power.

 

302 is a waste of time IMO go with a 351.

 

Are you talking about the push rod boss 302 or the modular boss 302?

 

It can be don. There is a girl out here who swaped a 5.0 in her 00 V6 with ease. There have been a lot of 302 swaps into new edge, just google it.
