Engine Question!!! Completely Dumbfounded

Hey everyone again, Finally ran the mustang again yesterday. Checked everything over and fired her up. I have everything operating almost perfect. The timing seems to be dead on. Engine is firing right on the head, RPM is around 850-900. All guages were reading great. While letting the engine idle up until it reached 175-180 degress. The oil pressure was around 40,fuel pressure 40, water temp around 170. My electric fans turned on just around 175-180. Brand the temp down a pretty damn good amount. Checked all around the engine and underneath, There are no leaks of coolant anywhere. After letting it idle for 5min we shut it down and checked the dipstick, no coolant, straight oil. There was bearly any signs of smoke out of the tail pipe. Just some condensation out of the rear tailpipe.Let the car sit for about 10 min. Then started her back up and let it idle for around 6min, gave it a few revs up to 2200-2500 and then condensation came out of both pipes then subsided. Then some smoke came out of the right tail pipe. Not a bad amount but some puffing out. Shut it down again and dip was still just oil, still no leaks. Then i decided to take it for a spin around the block nice and easy. Started up a little rough but once it was running it idled amazing, so i took it around the block nice and easy, 1-3, nice and slow. My pops drove behind me and said it wasnt smoking that bad, he said once i let off the gas the smoke would almost go away but when i got on it a decent amount it would start. All guages stayed the same throughout the whole 5min drive. Comming up my street i got on it a little bit, power seemed to be just like its normal self. Held the gas at 2grand and engine never sputtered, held right at 2grand with no problem. When i pulled it in the garage i revved it up to 4grand and then alot more smoke came out. Let it cool for awhile, checked the oil-still no coolant, Checked the coolant level and it didnt seem to drop at all. Im going to check the plugs tonight, and tomorrow drive it and have a compression+pressure check. Any ideas guys? This has me completely dumbfounded. Most of the people that i have talked to belives its just build up from when i blew the headgasket. Its just the right tail pipe. Same side that blew. No leaks at all? Let Me kno, Sorry about the long story but It gives you all the info.

Yea, Pray with me lol, How long should it take to completely flush out the exhaust if thats the problem. Im running Mac Shorty Headers, Mac Hi-Performance Catted H-Pipe, Flowmaster 40Series then tail pipes? I know thats a hard question to answer but whats a decent amount of time before i will notice a difference. Car has bee running for around 15min at 170-180degrees. Thanks bro

could be getting very minor leak of coolant on lower intake.
Sometimes it's enough to get sucked into one of the front or back runners
and smoke, but not get into the crank case oil.

or blow by. Is the dip-stick getting pushed out ?
what breather or PCV set-up you running ?

hey guys, i have a 302 with edelbrock aluminum heads,1.72rockers,manley pushrods, edelbrock lower and upper intake, paxton blower.

In response to your questions.

-It is a white smoke. Dosent smoke to bad until it gets revved up.
-I am running Mac 1 1/2 Shorty headers,Mac Catted H-Pipe,Flowmaster 40 Series 2 Chamber Mufflers
-The dipstick is not being pushed out, oil has no coolant, coolant level hasnt dropped at all.
-Im running a Ford Motorsport Beather

A little white smoke never hurt anything. If you plugs all look good and you are not loosing or ruining any fluids, you are good to go.

Are you going to retorque the head bolts?

I don't think it's residue man. I blew my head gasket on my car and I had the whole water in the oil and blowing out the exhaust thing. I replaced my head gaskets and fired the car up, By the time i made it down the block the smoke was gone. I took it for 30 mile beatdown, retourqed the heads and drove it for like another 30,000 miles.

hey guys, new update, just decided to start her up and take it around the block again. Checked all fluids and for leaks. Everything checked out great. Started it up, let it idle for about 5 min. Small amount of white smoke comming from just the right tail pipe, then both tail pipes. But not 2 bad. then took it around the block nice and easy 1st thru 3rd for about 10 min. Brang it back to the house and let it idle, then reved it up to 2grand, 3grand, then a lil over 4grand and no smoke at all. So now its showing no signs of smoke.

One question, Whats the oil pressure supposed to be at idle/operating?
i thought it was around 35-40idle then up to 60 when your on it?
is this true.

Lastly i checked the dipstick and no signs of coolant.

Let me know
Thanks alot
