After awhile of searching, thinking and trying to figure out what axlebacks I want. I narrowed it down. I like the sound of the Mac Boomtubes, but they look cheap. The SLP are super loud and beastly, but i'm not so sure I wanna go without mufflers, and chance failing inspection. So these are my current choices, and I wanna know what one would be the loudest, or most comparible to deletes, as far as sound level. Also which one is the deepest?? And closest to old school loud musclecar sound. Thanks.

Borla stingers. They may not be as loud as the Bassanis, but just because a system is loud doesn't mean it sounds good. I would rather have a slightly quieter system that sounds badass, than a super loud system that is just noise.

In order of loudness I would say

Bassani
Borla
MBRP

since when did you need mufflers to pass inspection?!?!?!? lmao, i am a state inspector, when i do a state i could care less........unless its some giant jacked up 4x4 gasoline engine piece of **** with no cats that smokes really bad........grrr i hate crap like that!! lol.........sorry for hijacking the post.

But anyways, i like my Bassanis...........VERY loud with an O/R x pipe, but quiet when you need them to be........also they sound BAD ASS..........very "exotic" sound. No drone on the highway, even with 3.73s

it didnt sound like you wanted to go with an o/r pipe?

I did the o/r prochamber and FRPP stingers and OMG, you want loud, deep and throaty(the system takes a little bit to get settled in, sound wise)

end thread/
