it comes in a kit that has two. one that goes to 120 and one that goes to 150.

These are the reverse glow gauges right? They have some kind of install tool? Or just stick on there?

 

They are just white overlays no glow. Just stick on there.

All you have to do is install white bulbs and you will have blue!

 

I was going to say that too. If you take out the gauges they are actually blue. It is the yellow bulbs that make them look green.

 

Aren't these from whitegauges.net? I got them before for my crown vic and I love how they keep the stock look, but are just white faces. And none of that gay bluish ****. Good product...
