Hello from Suffolk, Va.! Y'all can call me Cookie! I love to cook!! LOL!! I grew up round muscle cars, restoration of Muscle Cars, and Rigs. My husband just got me my dream project car/ grocery getter a 1996 Mustang GT, that I am not in love with, but Totally OBSESSED with, for the past month I have thought of nothing else outside of my husband, my kids, and that damn lil red addiction! LOL!! He has already replaced the strut mounts ( I was suppose to, but he beat me to it!), ball joints, sway bar bushings, and within the next couple weeks the control arm bushings, and a rack in pinion will be done. Of course the day I got her temp tags I had the oil changed, and flowmaster twin 40 series installed that I picked up new for $50 bucks a piece ( we have a really good hook up here in VA) ( a gift to my hubby as we do not have a lift) I did the tune up, and cleaned that piece in front of the plenum (--for the life of me I can not remember what it is called) which of course made the idle smooth out, and I got some of that 3m headlight restorer --worked like a charm! In my spare time I truly enjoy detailing her, and reading y'alls forums! The next steps on the car that are planned-- a 75mm throttle body, CAI, and new rear gears, but I haven't decided what size yet, further down the road I have a list a mile long, so if you are still reading this, and have something negative to say bout a 75mm throttle body-- save it sugar, I'm plannin' for the future!
