having dealing with DELK Performance i HIGHLY HIGHLY STRONGLY recommend AGAINST ever using DELK
Everything I've ordered through RPM has been fine nothing wrong

Delk. not one order went right of the 2 made.
i refuse to pay they're OVER PRICED PARTS and pay extra for shipping on a wrong part....
ive made a thread about it. its held me back on a motor build 1 month already.
I went with RPM this time around and within a week the part will be here from when i made the order. part machined and sent (paid 2 day shipping)

Well, I got a custom billet cam fro m Delk in just a couple days that makes great power... and my RPM experience makes a month delay and a shipping fee look like a Christmas present.

Obviously, some people have had good experiences, but I know a few other people who have had VERY bad experiences, in addition to myself... so take that for what it's worth.

from my experience with Delk
they couldnt send me the correct bolts...
theres no way i could trust them with anything else...the bolts took over a month and were still the wrong bolt after i paid for 2day shipping. i paid extra for wrong parts basically..and i cant get it back
they're parts are way overpriced

i ordered the same parts from RPM and he machined the girdle...it should be here tomorrow the parts and i ordered them last Wed

as far as seeing there heads on ssms and they're pistons
theres no way i could ever take a chance buying from them...despite they're very over priced heads

the only thing they sell for a decent price are they're pistons...which is really just average....and well SSMS proved how good those pistons were/......

Well, since he asked about a cam, and Delk provided a custom Comp Cam faster than anyone else could (SSM said it would be 2 weeks or more), and it makes good power... It's a logical recommendation.

And again, there are SEVERAL experiences with RPM, both personal and otherwise, that make anything I've heard about Delk or SSM pale in comparison.
