I would see if it does it again tomorrow. Does it do it at a certain RPM range? Is your car an auto or a manual?

Could be just the cold weather combined with the tune. Maybe it was a bit of bad gas. Those are 2 quick ideas without any more info.

I have 2012 gt with 16k miles on it. Today when i was accelerating it seemed to be stuttering and then it would smooth out. I tried it both warm and cold and it did the same.
I had a bama tune in march and last week installed a roush square tip muffler. Its also gotten alot colder this past week.... Any ideas?

This could be a number of things. I would start by looking over your engine bay for any sort of vacuum leaks, check the plugs and wires, make sure all your couplers/fittings are tightened etc.. I would be surprised if this issue is related to the tune, as you've had it on your car since March with no problems. However, we can definitely look into the tune for your and make sure everything looks normal.
