Do the headers need to be off on the passener side to replace the starter?

Lets start the answer over....

NO, you do not have to remove the header to remove a starter....yes, this applies to all after market headers on these cars. Again, you do "NOT" have to remove the header.

Unless your bored and want to do a lot of extra work out of boredom.
