ok, heres my prob maybe you could help? please? lol
heres what its doing. the good-it acellerates great. anything over 1/4 of throttle it runs smooth and strong.
heres the bad. when the car sits all night and you go to fire it up you have to give it gas to keep it running and the car runs rough as heck. then it warms up and runs fine. then it goes into this weird way of running and if you try and just cruise the car will buck jump and go crazy. (at any speed) (and any gear). whats my prob? could it just be a sensor?

What fuel pressure at on a cold start?

Checked the voltage from the TPS?

fuel pressure is right at 37 pounds and stays steady, tps is right at .999. the car smooths out on idle after about 2 minutes of running.

I would say pull codes then.

I'm going to pull the codes tomorrow. some1 told me to check the water temp sensor, does this sound right??

ok, car definitely runs rich, but it always has since i got it so i didnt think anything of it before.

hm. That could explain my cold start issues and meh gas mileage. Didn't even think about the ect and how it controls timing and fuel trim..

so when you start your car in the morning, or after it sets and completely cools. does it totally fight back with you? mine is just aweful! but onces its warm its like it never happened.
