looks similar but the bung on the bottom of the header.
mine didnt have that. Also mine had the EGR outlet on the
opposite side of that bung. and mine didnt look so nice and shiny

I sanded and painted it....

I removed some stuff like the EGR outlet and welded a cap in it. And I just put a bolt I got from the exhaust shop in the o2 sensor spot

okay so i took the best picture I can.. the damn Air Silencer is in the way.
My buddy may have some piping he dont need and will give me so that
i can at least put a peice of pipe there instead of that box. then I will
have better access to show the header installed.

But i am having a slient problem... with my O2 sensor no longer
connected and installed for the time being.. is it possible that i am get
more carbon goin through the exhaust now that I definitly may have plugged my cats? I smell a strong exhaust smell as if im running rich now.
and my car tends to bog down abit.

i dunno.. it cud be in limp mode since your o2 sensor is disconnected

limp mode never heard of that.. Car was running great till today

cool man. your 02 sensor has a big part in the way your car runs. That could be why.

limp mode is when something goes wrong in ur car

i think its pretty unique to ford, i know chevys just shut down

kinda figured that.. so guess ill be running like this for a lil bit.
****ing $250 speeding ticket is taking up any money i would have to put
into my car. and looking at the calendar.. its gonna be that way till
November 2.. then on the 16th ill be getting my Dual Exhaust Setup
IF NO UNFORSEEN EXPENSE SHOWS UP

hmm.. Don't see why.. Like even if I had em split off after

you would need really small pipes.. that's a lot of flow for an engine that doesn't make that much

hmm.. i dont get it.. When I was running straight pipe no muffler
with my 89 2.3 I noticed better performance out of thing.. Youd think
that would have much better flow then having a muffler and duals

Your o2 sensor gives your computer readings on the the amount of air in the exhaust to determine your a/f ratio. Since you have no sensor in the car is reading nothing but air and probably dumping a ton of un-needed gas into the pistons which would be rich, possibly explaining the smell. If its not rich then its lean as hell which also is not good for the car.
